The demolition and land improvement business started in 2010 with a single John Deere 200C LC – 50,000 lbs. excavator. The farm had multiple acreages, fencerows, fences, and old buildings with concrete to remove and clean up. Since that point, it has been full speed ahead. We have performed demolition, land improvement, site preparations, and cleanup work across all sectors in the past 14+ years. Industrial, commercial, farm, and residential work has all been part of that portfolio. We are a licensed subcontractor for several multi-state construction groups. In addition to the scheduled day-to-day work, we perform extensive storm/derecho/tornado cleanup. The storms and loss of hardwood trees from disease pressure in the area have not been a welcome part of the business, but something that must be dealt with nonetheless. We are here to help when Mother Nature strikes.

In 2022, we added concrete crushing and recycling to our service offerings. This allows us to be a turnkey onsite recycling solution for concrete and asphalt. This reduces waste and freight for many projects when the concrete can be recycled on site. We have an impact crusher that is specifically designed to recycle concrete and asphalt, extracting steel while it processes. The crusher is diesel-over-electric providing a more sustainable solution with fewer emissions, quieter operation, and smoother operating throughput. We can make finished products from ¾ inch minus up to 4.5 inch minus, all with one machine.

We have extensive experience in demolition, deconstructing, and recycling of properties. We work with all the area recycling scrap yards.
